What does make a move even mean

Yeah, I'm not sure how I'd be able to "make a move" on a short, half-hour Chili's dinner. I've already established I like her more than a friend, and if she doesn't, then I don't want to invest my time and money into her. Especially if just hanging out with her makes me want it more (I'm leaving my job soon too, so it'll pass after that).

My coworker was doing all the indicators of interest when talking to me (laughing, playfully touching/hitting me, etc) The other day, she even called me when I was off and wanted me to come up because "was lonely and wanted to see me". Then I asked if our tomorrow was a date, and she said "no, don't call it that. That's weird. You're too nice for me to date." Which I'm aware I've been a nice guy; I get that. But I don't want to hang out with girls I'm infatuated with who don't want to reciprocate. So should I just cancel, and flat out tell her that I can't hang out with her as a "friend" outside of work?

Man, they took a bold fucking approach with that ending. It's not uncommon for family to die in an animated film, but it's usually near the beginning, not towards the end. When someone appears to get killed around the third act, they tend to be alive by the end, so I was fully prepared for them to physically come back with some magical deus ex machina stuff. But nah: just them as representational spirits. Cut to black, the end.
